You pay your pro directly — SparkFix never handles the money for a job and takes no commission. No hidden platform fees, ever. Your address is only shared with a pro after you accept their offer.
Every completed job can be reviewed. Reviews are verified — only customers who booked can leave feedback. Pros with consistent issues are removed from the platform.
If something goes wrong, contact us at support@sparkfix.ca. We respond within one business day and mediate disputes between customers and pros.
