SparkFix is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the application
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios on all text and UI elements
- Alt text on all meaningful images
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons and navigation elements
- Responsive design that works at up to 200% zoom
Known limitations
We are actively working to improve accessibility across the platform. Some areas, particularly in the service provider portals, are still being updated to meet full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
